Where any creditor who has the duty to furnish the details of loan pursuant to Section 44 or 55 has failed to furnish such details pursuant thereto and the concerned peasant has furnished such details and the loan is recovered pursuant to Section 46, such loan of the creditor as well as the interest thereof at the rate of Five percent per annum shall be returned in lump sum to the borrower after five years. 51C.108Borrower to get return of overpaid loan: If while ascertaining the amount of a loan pursuant to Section 45, the amount of such loan repaid by its borrower to the committee or organization pursuant to Section 46 appears overpaid, the borrower shall get return thereof forthwith.
